Sukiyaki (JAPAN)
Ingredients
500g lean round steak cut into thin strips125g mushroom sliced
1/2 bunch spinach chopped
1/2 cup sliced bamboo shoots
2 sticks celery sliced
Method
Combine meat and marinade, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Drain meat.Brown onion and meat in non-stick frypan, add vegetables and toss for 2 minutes.
Marinade
1/2 cup hot water
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
