To prepare the Vita Diet Chocolate Mousse, simply add the contents of the sachets to 125mls of chilled water in a Vita Diet shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
It is recommended to place the shake in the fridge for 3 to 5 minutes to allow it to set. For best results, it is recommended to pour the shake into a small glass or dessert bowl before placing it in the fridge.
The temperature of the water used will determine how long it takes for the shake to set, so the colder the water, the better.
